time-off calendar with approvals — Contractor Tracker
Time-off requests land on the calendar where the work is already scheduled, and get approved or denied in a click — plus a payment audit trail and amounts hidden in guest view.
What is it?
The third pass on the contractor tracker, this time on the calendar.
What it does
- The calendar shows the days a contractor has asked off
- A day off is approved or denied straight from the calendar, without opening anything else
- Calendar days no longer get cut off in a smaller window
- Payment edits keep an audit trail — who changed a pay date, from what to what, and when
- Payment and bonus amounts are blurred in guest view
How it works
The whole app is still one index.html with React and Babel loaded from a CDN and JSX translated in the browser — no build step, edit the file and deploy. Every CDN version is pinned to an exact release after an unpinned Babel auto-upgraded to a new major version and blanked the entire page.
Built with
A single HTML file with React via Babel standalone, Firebase Realtime Database, deployed on Netlify.
