nonstop playback with no gaps between scenes — Freysa Forever
Continuous airing — the next block is filmed and its two possible scripts written while the current one plays, clips air back to back, and the next vote opens the second a block starts.
What is it?
The change from a movie that paused between chapters to one that simply keeps playing.
What it does
- The next block is filmed, and both its possible scripts written, while the current block is still on screen
- Clips air back to back on a schedule, with no gap between them
- The next vote opens the moment a block starts playing, not when it ends
- A viewer arriving mid-stream lands on the clip that is actually on air
- While the next vote is still being written, the page keeps showing the last result instead of an empty vote nobody can use
How it works
Seamless playback comes from loading the next clip on a hidden second player and swapping instantly, rather than asking one player to change source mid-stream. On phones the site uses its own player instead of the built-in one, which went black between clips. A restarted block keeps its original air times, and a vote that finished during a restart still opens when its block begins.
